Great experience, no pressure, mind games, or markups. It was worth the wait after ordering the car and they have a refundable deposit if I were to have changed my mind. The car was detailed perfectly. I never felt they were trying to ‘control’ things and this made the experience better. The only negative is some of the paperwork is almost unreadable and there is very little documentation on the warranty. I do think they will fix this if I ask. Joel went out of his way to help. I must say that from the moment I arrived at the dealership, I was completely impressed with the level of "TRUE" customer service. Back in January, my daughter and I started shopping for a new Subaru Forester. We called 12 different dealerships in the NW region with our specifications and requested their out-the-door price (i.e. including all taxes and fees). Dwayne Lane's Skagit Subaru had the most competitive offer.
